Final service details, pricing, availability, and delivery timelines are confirmed through WhatsApp, email, or direct quotation.
Orders and quotations
A quotation is not a confirmed order until the customer accepts the offer and payment terms are agreed with TapiSmart.
Prices, packages, product availability, customization options, and delivery charges may vary depending on the order requirements.
Customer information
Customers must provide accurate business details, contact information, logos, images, links, and profile content for NFC card and digital profile setup.
TapiSmart is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the customer.
Digital profile setup
Digital profiles are created using the information provided by the customer. Customers should review and approve profile details before final confirmation.
Information added to a digital profile may be publicly visible to anyone who opens the profile link or taps the NFC card.
Design and customization
Custom card designs, logos, colors, names, QR codes, and branding details must be approved before production.
After approval, changes may not be possible once printing or production has started. Extra changes may require additional charges.
Payments
This website does not process online payments directly.
TapiSmart does not collect credit card, debit card, PayPal, Stripe, or online banking details through this website.
Payment terms, method, advance payment, balance payment, and due dates are confirmed separately with TapiSmart.
Delivery and timelines
Delivery and setup timelines depend on product availability, design approval, production, customer response time, and delivery location.
TapiSmart will try to meet agreed timelines, but delays may occur due to production, courier, supplier, technical, or approval-related reasons.
Profile updates

TapiSmart digital profiles may include links to WhatsApp, Google Maps, Google Reviews, social media platforms, customer websites, catalogs, or portfolios.
TapiSmart is not responsible for third-party websites, platforms, content, privacy policies, or technical issues.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund options depend on the order status.
Once design work, profile setup, customization, printing, or production has started, cancellation or refund may not be available.
Customized NFC cards and completed digital profile setup services are generally non-refundable unless agreed otherwise.

TapiSmart provides NFC card and digital profile services but does not guarantee specific business results, leads, sales, reviews, or customer conversions.
